Yoga dance
In my yoga-dance sessions, I invite you to leave your comfort zone and discover the unlimited possibilities beyond the yoga mat.
Starting from different asanas, we construct dynamic sequences in order to investigate the movement from the body we inhabit and exploit all its possibilities in relation to time and space, seeking softness and fluidity.
We talk about weight, points of support, directions, suspensions and displacements in space. My purpose is to work on our physical and mental strenght, on our potential, on self-confidence, on trust and I invite you to overcome the obstacles that only our mind creates.
